The Service

VoiceSquad is a software platform for building, testing and running AI voice agents that make and receive phone and web calls. The Service is delivered online through the console at app.voicesquad.ai and our API. No physical goods are sold.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace, including calls placed by your agents.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully. In particular you will not:

• call people without the consent or legal basis your jurisdiction requires, or ignore do not disturb registries that apply to you;
• use the Service for fraud, harassment, impersonation or deceptive calling;
• record calls without the notice or consent the law requires;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the Service.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Pricing and payment

The Service is prepaid. You add credit to your workspace balance and usage is deducted from it at the rates shown on our pricing page and in the Billing section of the console, currently ₹8 per minute for calls and playground audio. New workspaces receive a one time free trial credit.

Recharges start at ₹1,000 and GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is added at checkout. Larger recharges may include bonus minutes as shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your full card details.

If you turn on auto recharge, we charge your saved payment method for the amount you choose whenever your balance falls below your threshold. You can turn it off at any time in Billing.

Cancellation and refunds

You can stop using the Service at any time. Purchased credit does not expire and is non-refundable except as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts, knowledge base documents, recordings and transcripts in your workspace. You grant us the rights needed to process them to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect paid usage.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
