Shipping and Exchange Policy

VoiceSquad is an online software service provided by DMJ LABS Private Limited, which operates VoiceSquad. We do not sell or ship physical products.
Delivery
Everything you buy from us is delivered digitally:
- Your account and workspace are available immediately after sign up at app.voicesquad.ai.
- Recharge credit is added to your workspace balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. Your invoice is available under Billing in the console.
- Enterprise onboarding and setup work is delivered on the timeline agreed in writing for that engagement.
If a successful payment has not been credited within 24 hours, email refunds@voicesquad.ai with the payment reference and we will fix it.
Shipping charges
There are no shipping or delivery charges.
Exchanges
Because there is no physical product, exchanges do not apply. If credit was added to the wrong workspace in your organisation, email refunds@voicesquad.ai and we will move it. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
