Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address, phone number and workspace information you provide when you sign up or invite teammates.
• Billing details: billing name, address and GSTIN where provided, and payment records. Card and UPI details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Razorpay, not by us.
• Call data: audio, recordings, transcripts, extracted variables and call analysis for calls your agents make or receive.
• Website enquiries: details you submit through demo, booking or contact forms, including the phone number and email you verify for a live demo.
• Usage data: logs, device and browser information, and product analytics used to keep the Service secure and improve it.

How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the Service, process payments and issue invoices, respond to enquiries and support requests, secure the platform, improve our products, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We share information only with providers who help us run the Service, under contracts that restrict their use of it: cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, Mumbai region), authentication, payment processing (Razorpay), telephony carriers, and speech and language model providers that process call audio and text to run your agents.

Call recordings and your callers

When you use VoiceSquad to call people, you decide whose data is processed and you are responsible for giving them any notice and obtaining any consent the law requires. We process that call data on your behalf.

Data retention

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as long as required for tax and legal purposes afterwards. Call data is kept until you delete it or close your workspace, unless a shorter retention period is configured.

Security

We encrypt data in transit, restrict access to it, and monitor the platform to protect your information.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for optional processing, by contacting us. We respond to requests within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
